be reviewing my favourite foundation and quite a popular product amongst other
beauty bloggers.

The YSL Touché Éclat foundation has created quite a buzz since
it launched in July 2012 and I can see why. I love this foundation because when it is
on my skin it feels, well, like skin! It is ultra-lightweight but still gives
me enough coverage to conceal the discolouration on my cheeks and even out my
skin tone. I would say that this is initially a light-coverage foundation but
can be built to medium-coverage. It has a watery light consistency, which is
why it feels so light in the skin. On the skin (applied with a brush) it has a gorgeous
luminescent finish which glows beautifully. Due to the fact it is quite
lightweight I wouldn’t recommend this for people who have problematic skin as
it will not cover your blemishes enough. Also, I would not recommend this to
people with oily skin because it will look greasy and will not last long. Overall,
when set with powder, it seems to last fairly well and stay on throughout the
day with any issues.

It would be great for any young person for their first
foundation. It has beautiful, classic
YSL packaging with a clear glass bottle and a gold top. This is a high end
foundation so has a fairly steep price of £30 but I think it is well worth it!
